Your use of this website and of the supplier portal is governed by these terms. Portal access is intended for suppliers, subcontractors and service providers wishing to deal with the company.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account; we recommend enabling two-factor authentication. All information and documents submitted must be accurate and current. Submitting inaccurate information may result in registration being refused or revoked.

Approval as a supplier confers eligibility to receive requests for quotation only. It creates no obligation on the company to contract, to issue any purchase order, or to accept any quotation.

Requests for quotation and their attachments are confidential information of the company; they may not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than preparing your response. The commercial terms of your quotation remain sealed and unreadable to our reviewers until the request closes.

You must not attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or bypass security controls, upload malicious software, or use automated means to harvest data. Such attempts are logged and may be referred to the competent authorities.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
