How registration works
Create an account
Register with your corporate email address and confirm it. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended.
Complete your company profile
Provide your legal name, commercial registration, categories and bank details. Everything sensitive is encrypted at rest.
Upload compliance documents
CR, VAT, Zakat, GOSI, Saudization and ISO certificates. We track expiry dates and notify you before they lapse.
Complete the pre-qualification questionnaire
Legal standing, financials, technical capability, HSE record and compliance declarations — the full pack our clients require of us.
Review and approval
Our procurement team reviews your submission. Once approved you will receive RFQs in your registered categories.

How we protect your data
Commercial registration numbers, bank details and quotation values are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
Uploaded documents are stored encrypted outside the web root and are only released to you and to authorised reviewers.
Every access to your record is written to a tamper-evident audit log.
Passwords are stored as Argon2id hashes. We can never read them, and neither can anyone else.
Quotations are sealed: their commercial terms cannot be read by our reviewers until the RFQ closes.
